RT @rebeccaarubin: #CaptainMarvel continues to do heroic business, powering past $900 million in ticket sales

New Trailer: “Kingsman: The Secret Service”

And another comic book adaptation comes our way next year. This time it’s not a superhero (well, kinda like a Batman type though), it’s a spy, actually, they are many spies who are training new spies.

Based on the comic book The Secret Service, Matthew Vaughn who directs, produces and writes Kingsman: The Secret Service, tells the story of a super-secret spy organization that recruits an unrefined but promising street kid into the agency’s ultra-competitive training program just as a global threat emerges from a twisted tech genius. The cast is fronted by Colin Firth and co-starring Michael Caine, Taron Egerton, and Samuel L. Jackson.

Matthew Vaughn, who has an incredible record of great movies (except Stardust), is an exciting talent who seems perfectly suited for this film’s DNA. Check out the second trailer above!

The comic book by Mark Millar & Dave Gibbons.

It will be released in theaters February 13, 2015.
