A Candid Interview With Nick Lachey On Ep.2 Of The ‘Highly Relevant’ Podcast

08.20.2016 | By |

I’m pretty proud of having produced the second episode of ‘Highly Relevant’ podcast all by myself (if you guys want to know bad enough how I did, I’ll write about it here one of these days). This week, I had the wonderful pleasure of interviewing Nick Lachey. He is someone whose work I not only admired with 98 Degrees and as a solo artist, but someone I had the distinct delight in working with at VH1’s Big Morning Buzz last year. You can listen beginning at (1:13). The three things that stood out the most from the interview were the 98 Degrees album he’s most proud of, the full story on how their biggest hit “The Hardest Thing” almost never got recorded and a Whoopi Goldberg quote he recited to me that will change anyone’s life.  Read More

3 Ideas For The Next Hit Netflix Show

04.4.2016 | By |

Netflix is on a major roll when it comes to original series. From ‘House Of Cards’ to ‘Daredevil’ to ‘Master Of None,’ Netflix original programming has stretched out across all genres, roping in a huge variety of fans and earning endless critical acclaim. We’ve even reached the point at which critical response doesn’t seem to matter much to audiences. The recently uploaded Will Arnett series was trashed by the critics aggregated at Rotten Tomatoes, and yet the same site shows that 81% of viewers enjoyed watching. That’s indicative of where Netflix is right now. People are enjoying their series no matter what. Read More

Watch New Fighting Clip From Netflix’s ‘Daredevil’ Season 2

01.27.2016 | By |

Recently, Netflix rolled out a new Daredevil tease showing a fighting clip of our blind, masked hero taking out some thugs. When you watch the clip, it is very reminiscent of the much talked about hallway fighting scene from Season 1. This new clip feels very real, unlike all of the other superhero films before it. Take a look and enjoy the upcoming new season on Netflix March 18. Read More

First Look Images From Netflix’s “Fuller House”

01.7.2016 | By |

Now that Netflix is available throughout the whole world, ex-pats (wherever you may be) will be able to see Fuller House, the follow-up to the 1987 Full House which was a popular television hit, until its last show in 1995. The young tween girl cast from the show have certainly filled out and grown up, as well as the adults who look almost cryogenically frozen for the last 20 years. Take a look at the photos and see for yourself. Read More

Watch First Trailers Of Netflix’s Hispanic Shows ‘Narcos’ & ‘Club De Cuervos’

07.15.2015 | By |

This week, Netflix premiered two trailers of their new shows – Narcos and Club De Cuervos – targeted at reaching the ever so influential and powerful Hispanic audience. The question is will they work. Interestingly, one of them, Club de Cuervos, is their first original series spoken in Spanish, while the other, Narcos, is spoken in English. Both have Latin themes that attract an almost fanatical attention from Hispanics – soccer and drug cartels. Read More
