Is The New Ryan Gosling, Emma Stone ‘La La Land’ Trailer A Sequel To ‘Crazy, Stupid, Love’?

For someone who watches as many movies as I do, it’s hard not to see new trailers and immediately compare them to other films. The new Ryan Gosling, Emma Stone ‘La La Land’ trailer looks like a mish-mosh between Marc Webb’s (500) Days of Summer and a sequel to Glenn Ficarra & John Requa’s Crazy, Stupid, Love. Ryan and Emma co-starred in that movie and played lovers, just like here. Can’t forget director Damien Chazelle. He helmed the best movie of 2014 Whiplash and once again is giving us something to behold.
