New Trailer: ‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1’

Get ready for the rebellion because Katniss will fight!

This weekend, Comic-Con attendees were lucky enough to witness the first teaser for “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 1,” and thankfully for the rest of us, Lionsgate has recently made it available online.

The video begins with the late Philip Seymour Hoffman reprising his role of Plutarch Heavensbee as he attempts to persuade District 13 leader Alma Coin (Julianne Moore) that Katniss is the correct choice to lead the uprising.

Meanwhile, we start to see the first signs of District 13′s revolt against The Capitol and President Snow simmering as Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) stands her ground in attempting to unite the districts and become the head of the revolution.

The trailer also features “Game of Thrones” star Natalie Dormer as Cressida and Liam Hemsworth coming back as Gale Hawthorne.

“The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 1” arrives in theaters Nov. 21.
