Latina power! It is a rarity when two A-List latinas get together for a Hollywood movie. Salma Hayek, Jessica Alba should be a great watch!
Hayek did it Penelope Cruz for ‘Bandidas’ but got no interest back in 2006. Will this one work? Glad to see power Latinas getting together to make some ol’ fashion Hollywood fare.

This week, Netflix premiered two trailers of their new shows – Narcos and Club De Cuervos – targeted at reaching the ever so influential and powerful Hispanic audience. The question is will they work. Interestingly, one of them, Club de Cuervos, is their first original series spoken in Spanish, while the other, Narcos, is spoken in English. Both have Latin themes that attract an almost fanatical attention from Hispanics – soccer and drug cartels. Read More

Edgar Ramirez is in the new trailer of David O. Russell’s Joy starring Jennifer Lawrence. Ramirez plays J-Law’s love interest (from the looks of it, husband) in the film. The Rocky franchise is getting a reboot with ‘Creed‘, the saga which continues with the son of Apollo Creed, Rocky Balboa’s original arch nemesis. The first trailer is officially out, which you can see above along with Sylvester Stallone playing in a supporting role, but what makes us not discard this reboot altogether is the director Ryan Coogler and star Michael B. Jordan. Both gave us one of the best indie dramas of 2013. With that same tone, Coogler plans on reinvigorating the classic, crowd pleasing franchise with a more youthful, dramatic vibe. will it work? it just might. ‘Creed’ opens on November 25, 2015.
