This Week In Movies: ‘Neighbors,’ ‘Chef,’ ‘Stage Fright’

05.5.2014 | By |

We begin the second week of May with 11 movie releases, and I have to say, most of them are interesting. Not much on the comercial side catches my eye, but the films in limited release do. “Chef” is Jon Favreau like you’ve never seen him before. It’s an honest performance for an honest movie about family and food. The Double along with God’s Pocket, which sees one of Philip Seymour Hoffman’s last performances seems to deliver the goods. Peruse at your leisure and see if anything else catches your attention!
