Eugenio Derbez, Anna Faris and Eva Longoria Bring The Laughs In Overboard Remake Trailer

12.21.2017 | By |

Eugenio Derbez is at again. His new film which he is producing and starring in with co-stars Anna Faris and Eva Longoria is a remake of Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell’s “Overboard” from 1987. The movie wasn’t that good, but it did have some occasional laughs along with some lovable performances from Hawn and her beau. Can this quasi-Latino ensemble create something better? Read More

I can’t believe this movie is actually going to be released. When I lived in Colombia as a kid, I used get sick a lot and one of the most satisfying things I used to ask my Aunt Doris to bring me to the hospital to make me feel better were Condorito comics. Those PLOP! moments were everything for me. I would laugh so much from the drawings, the charatcters, the dialogue, it was all so funny to me. Hopefully this movie is just as hilarious as I remember them as a kid. Read More

Three of the biggest Hispanic names in movies and music, Edgar Ramirez, Penelope Cruz and Ricky Martin, have come together in FX’s “The Assassination Of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story”. The new show airing January 17th, 2018 takes us through how Andrew Phillip Cunanan (Darren Criss), Gianni Versace’s killer, who also murdered at least five other people during a three-month period in 1997, met Versace, entered his world and ultimately killed him. Kudos to creator/producer Ryan Murphy for casting Hispanic talent at a time where Hispanic actors are severely underrepresented in television and film.
