It’s been the laughing stock of 2015. Many critics and fans alike aren’t even giving FF4 a chance. They’ve killed it before it had a chance to hit the screen. Why? 1) It’s a remake//reboot/reimagination and people frown upon “re” of anything. 2) The cast. They’re not A-list actors and fans don’t think this B-team are good enough to get the job done. 3) It’s not a Marvel Studio film, but a Fox film. But after watching this second trailer, you haters might have to reconsider. Watch and be objective. It’s going to be a solid film.
Official synopsis: A contemporary re-imagining of Marvel’s original and longest-running superhero team, Fantastic Four centers on four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways. Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their daunting new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy.
Fantastic Four hits theaters August 7th!
