First Look at Disney’s ‘Aladdin’ on Broadway!

Get ready for ‘A Whole New World’ on Broadway when Disney’s ‘Aladdin’ has it’s Opening Night on March 20th, with previews beginning February 26th. But since we know you can’t wait to hear all the great songs such as ‘One Jump Ahead,’ ‘Arabian Knights,’ and ‘Friend Like Me,’ we’re giving you a first look at Aladdin’s new photos of the stars Adam Jacobs (Aladdin), Courtney Reed (Jasmine) and James Monroe Iglehart (Genie), plus a behind-the-scenes video from the photo shoot.

Aladdin, which begins performances at the New Amsterdam Theatre (214 W 42^nd St.) features music by Tony Award  and eight-time Oscar® winner Alan Menken (Beauty and the Beast, Newsies, Sister Act), lyrics by two-time Oscar winner Howard Ashman (Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid), three-time Tony Award and three-time Oscar winner Tim Rice (Evita, Aida) and two-time Tony Award nominee Chad Beguelin (The Wedding Singer), with a book by Beguelin, and is directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Casey Nicholaw (The Book of Mormon).  Aladdin is produced by Disney Theatrical Productions.
